1. No purchase is necessary to enter a prize giveaway.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to Hong Kong residents only, and entrants must be 18 years of age and older as of 15 September 2025.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must be logged in to their B+ account and use the same email address as is registered with their account. The giveaway commences on 15 September 2025 at 17:00 HKT and closes on 21 September 2025 at 23:59 HKT. To participate, the Entrant must sign in to their B+ account and enter their email address on the webpage. Entrants must complete the form for each prize. The 40 Years 40 Giveaways campaign encompasses forty individual giveaways. Entrants can enter each prize giveaway once; there is no limit as to how many prize giveaways the Entrant can enter. Entrants can only win a prize giveaway once. Entrants that do not have a B+ account will be ineligible and voided. Those who do not follow all of the instructions or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Bookazine (“Sponsor”) may be disqualified. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Contest. A registered “account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Potential winners may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that they are the registered account holder for the email address associated with the account for the potentially winning entry.  If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.  Any damage made to any website or the Instagram service will be the responsibility of the registered account holder of the email address for the account submitted at the time of entry.  Sponsor may run multiple campaigns, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions simultaneously.  Entry into one prize giveaway does not constitute entry into any other.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Each prize giveaway will commence on Monday at 17:00 HKT and will close on the Sunday following the giveaway’s commencement at 23:59 HKT; only entries made in this timeframe will be eligible. The winner will be selected based on the quality, creativity, and relevance of their submitted answer to the giveaway prompt. All entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor, whose decision will be final. By entering, participants acknowledge that the selection process is subjective and agree to abide by the judges’ decision. Judging will take place after the giveaway closes.
5. The winner(s) will be notified by email within two (2) working days of the giveaway closing or such a date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. By entering this contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name and likeness for marketing purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy, without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.
6. PRIZE(S): Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded and must be redeemed not later than 1 November 2025. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to another winner by applying the same selection mechanism to all remaining eligible entries.
