Rebecca Brosnan created the HALO Method — Plan. Execute. Review. to solve this problem in her own life: a practical system for pursuing ambitious goals while making space for everything else that matters. She then created the HALO Planner to give others the tools to put that system into practice every day.

In this 90-minute interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to build practical systems to achieve your biggest work goals without allowing work to take over your life. Using the HALO Method — Plan. Execute. Review., Rebecca will help you identify what matters most, prioritize your limited time and energy, and create routines that make progress more sustainable.

You’ll also explore HALO’s Self-Care Pyramid and learn how changing your time lens can transform the way you think about balance — focusing on healthy habits and making time for yourself, your relationships, and your interests over weeks and months, rather than expecting every day to be perfectly balanced. You’ll leave with greater clarity, practical tools you can use immediately, and a plan for pursuing your ambitions without burning yourself out.

4. Product Collection: If your ticket includes a book or any product, you must collect it within one month of the event date. Failure to do so will result in the product being voided.

5. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously.

6. Photography and Recording: Please be aware that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the host before the event begins.

7. Age Restrictions: Participants under the age of 18 must have parental consent to attend the event.
