Building Confidence & Connection: A Workshop for Parents of Kids with ADHD & Executive Function Challenges

This interactive workshop is designed for parents, teachers, tutors, and caregivers of children of all ages. Participants will walk away with practical strategies that can be implemented immediately to support social and emotional well-being, learning, and behavior, particularly for children with ADHD. Join us for an engaging workshop where you can take part in practical exercises and receive actionable strategies to implement at home. Led by Shalini Melwani, a certified Parent Effective Trainer and ADHD Parent Coach, this workshop will delve into vital tools and methods aimed at promoting positive change and building confidence in your child.

This workshop will cover:

1. Managing Daily Responsibilities: Strategies for planning, organization, and adapting to new situations.

2. Practical Exercises: Engaging activities designed for parents to apply at home.

3. Homework and Project Management: Techniques to assist children with homework and project preparation.

4. Advocacy Skills: Tools for effectively advocating for your child in school and social environments.

5. Building Confidence: Strategies to foster a confident mindset in children with ADHD.

6. Systemic Change: Approaches to create positive changes in behavior and routines.
