Gene Luen Yang is a MacArthur "genius," the National Ambassador for Young People's Literature, and the author of the half-million-copy New York Times bestselling graphic novel and National Book Award finalist American Born Chinese, inspired by the legends of Monkey King.
Bernard Chang is an Asian-American artist/designer, best known for his work in the comic book industry and entertainment design. He has worked on some of the most iconic superhero books in America in addition to mainstream illustration projects, with his last 5 books hitting the NY Times bestseller lists.
