Mr. Lau Koon Tan, first photo book, The Way We Were, comprises 108 beautiful Hong Kong photos back in the 60s and 70s, primarily not previously released, and is divided into seven parts: “Transportation”, “City”, “Public estates”, “Living”, “Hardship”, “Children”, and “Country”.
Mr. Lau Koon Tan won the Black and White Photography competition by the Chinese Photographic Association of Hong Kong and the Photographic Society of Hong Kong back in the 60s and 70s. He was an honourable member and judge of many photographic societies.
