We are pleased to offer a series of eight interactive classes designed for parents seeking to enhance their communication skills through a science-backed approach. Participants will learn essential techniques such as active listening, collaborative problem-solving, and other effective strategies for fostering respectful communication with children of all ages. Each class will include engaging role-playing exercises, opportunities for self-reflection, and practical workbook activities. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of graduation.

2. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, options will be determined at the discretion of the event host, subject to availability.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations: If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled based on feasibility. Refund policies for such cancellations will be communicated in due course.
4. Product Collection: If your ticket includes a book or any product, you must collect it within one month of the event date. Failure to do so will result in the product being voided.
