2. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, options will be determined at the discretion of the event host, subject to availability.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations: If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled based on feasibility. Refund policies for such cancellations will be communicated in due course.
4. Product Collection: If your ticket includes a book or any product, you must collect it within one month of the event date. Failure to do so will result in the product being voided.
5. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously.
6. Photography and Recording: Please be aware that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the host before the event begins.
7. Age Restrictions: Participants under the age of 18 must have parental consent to attend the event.
8. Email Sharing: Please note that email addresses may be shared with the event partner for communication purposes. If you do not wish for your email to be shared, please inform us before the event.
9. Amendments: The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance of the event.
