To honour his late grandfather Mr Fu Tak Iam, Adrian Fu founded this charitable family foundation in 2007 hoping to pass on his grandfather’s legacy of giving to future generations, as well as bringing long term benefits and hope to deprived people in our society.
To his family, Mr Fu Tak Iam was a modest and generous man. He did not only create wealth but was also a substantial benefactor to local charitable organisations in areas where he saw a need. Born in troubled times, Fu Tak Iam’ s legendary struggles were interspersed with controversy and rumours. But he kept a low profile and had never spoken out for himself. As his grandson, Adrian Fu has provided access to family lore and valuable archival resources in hopes of unveiling the family patriarch to the public as a person of flesh and blood.
