The Bhagavad Gita, one of the most important texts in the Upanishads (Vedic literature) is frequently cited by writers, poets, scientists, and theologians for its profound exploration of Vedic philosophy. This ancient text offers deep insights into the human psyche, providing practical tools to navigate anxiety, fear, guilt, and despair.

There may be circumstances in which we need to cancel events or workshops. The workshop will proceed with a minimum of 4 attendees. If fewer than 4 people register, the workshop will be canceled. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund of the registration fee you have paid, and we will make every effort to issue the refund within 20 days of the cancellation date.

Swamini Supriyananda, a former psychologist turned Hindu monk, is a renowned storyteller and author. With roots in India, she was born in South Africa and raised in Australia. Now residing in Hong Kong, she leads the Chinmaya Mission center, guiding others on a journey beyond the mind.
