I have always believed that "Beach Reads" or "Summer Reads" are very flexible terms. Rather than referring to particular types or genres of books to read in summer, they reflect more about the books that fit in with the general changes in the pace of life Summer often brings—relaxation, imagination and excitement. Although Covid-19 definitely change the way we live now and most of us haven't been living the kind of summer we are used to, good books are still—even more so—our best way to make the most of the season. Without further ado, here are some of my favorite reads for this very special summer.
